Flight
You have many different options flying in to New York. MacArthur will bring you the closest to the hotel. LaGuardia and JFK will give you lots more options. You may use public transportation to go to a LIRR station closer to the hotel, but Hauppauge does not have a station in town. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft would be easiest to get to the hotel.
Shuttle
October 11, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm
A shuttle will be provided to take you from the hotel to the Mansion at West Sayville for the ceremony and running from the hotel to the venue every hour afterwards.
