Matron of Honor
Sarah always begins the story of how she met Kate with, “that fateful day on the bus platform,” so why start differently now? That fateful date on the bus platform in 8th grade, word spread that Sarah had newly acquired parental permission to use AIM. Kate (having never met Sarah) heard and wrote no less than 30 screen names on Sarah’s arm. Despite her hatred for having ballpoint on her skin, Sarah added Kate’s screen names. They had a sleepover that weekend and became lifelong friends, commonly even mistaken for sisters. Sarah and Kate have been best friends ever since. After more than 20 years of friendship, experiencing the sad moments and the best moments together, Kate was the obvious choice for Matron of Honor.

Best Lady, Bridesmaid and Officiant
Starting life as David’s little sister, Danielle certainly spread her wings. She’s an amazing artist and the only member of our wedding party with 3 roles. She promised not to cry, but we will love her even if she does.
Man of Honor
Benjamin (Benjerman, as Sarah affectionately calls him) was Sarah’s very first friend at college. Sarah and Ben survived a lot of ups and downs during college, eternally grateful to be there for each other (and for the royal kick in rear end when needed). Ben not only listened to Sarah’s endless bad dates, but began to compete with Kate as to who could get that 12:01 AM birthday wish out faster. Don’t worry, morning bird Sarah was usually asleep during these battles. Sarah had the honor of standing by Ben and Holly as they shared their vows and is honored to have them by her side now.

Kait and Sarah have traveled many miles together to run almost as many miles together. Now years later, Sarah and Kait never go a day without talking.
