When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 5, 2022 using the reply card included with your wedding invitation. Formal invitations will be sent in the coming months.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking that our guests come in formal attire. Suits for the gentleman, and cocktail, party or maxi length dresses for the ladies. Cocktail hour will be taking place on a grassy area, so please choose your shoes with that in mind!

Can I bring a date?

All invited guests will be indicated on your addressed wedding invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms reserved at the Delta Hotel in Hunt Valley. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the wedding and back. You are welcome to stay at any area hotel of your liking, but please know transportation will only pick up from the Delta.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from the Delta Hotel in Hunt Valley to the wedding festivities. Return service will also be provided at evening's end. Shuttle departure times will be updated in the coming weeks, but are currently scheduled to leave no later than 4:30 PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 5:00 PM. The ceremony location requires a short walk through the grounds, so please plan to arrive by 4:45.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, food allergies and dietary restriction information will be collected with our invitation reply cards.

What COVID-19 precautions will be in place for the event?

Answer

For the health and safety of our guests, we are encouraging that guests test before attending this event. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside, pending a favorable weather forecast and opportunities for social distancing are readily available throughout the reception space in the mansion.
