Jeremy & Heather met on a dating app... Like most working professionals, online app dating was an easy way for busy New Yorkers to meet new people. It was late April in 2018, and Jeremy stumbled into Heather’s DMs. They went back and forth flirting over text for a few weeks. Heather was intrigued by Jeremy’s quick witted humor and (of course) his handsome smile. Jeremy was captivated by Heather’s beautiful eyes and the fact that she laughed at his jokes (at least some of them!). After Jeremy's persistence, Heather accepted a date but had to cancel last minute because of a change in plans. She quickly offered up a second “first date” that following Friday. They met up early in the evening at a rooftop bar and shared a few bites and some drinks. That warm spring evening date was the first of many more to come.

In June of 2021, 3 years into their relationship, Jeremy planned a romantic weekend trip to the Hudson Valley to celebrate their anniversary. A re-creation of one of their first trips together, the weekend was filled with romantic dinners, a vineyard tour, and a day trip to see the art installations at Storm King. It was a beautiful (and very hot) sunny afternoon at the top of a mountain overlooking the valley, when Jeremy got down on one knee and asked Heather to marry him!
