Please meet in the hotel lobby at 3:45pm. There will be two buses departing the Embassy Suites (host hotel) at 4 pm. Buses home from the venue will run at 11pm, following the reception.
Flight
IAH is located in North Houston and is ~30 minutes from our host hotels and the venue. United, Delta, American, Spirit/Frontier are the major airlines that fly into this airport. IAH will have the most variety of flights/airlines and is the larger and closer airport to the wedding festivities.
Flight
HOU is located in south Houston and is ~50 minutes from host hotel and venue. Southwest is the major airline that flies into this airport. IAH will have the most variety of flights/airlines but if Southwest is your preferred airline, please keep this in mind during travel planning as HOU will be your ONLY airport option to fly to/from.
Travel Note
Rideshare is an option for travel to and from airports (Uber & Lyft). For guests who wish to take control of their travel, rental cars are available at both airports. Keep in mind, rental cars centers are off site from the airport but a shuttle is available to take you to and from the airport if you are renting a car.

**UPDATE 3/24/25: Our block rate for this hotel is $199 + tax/night and we added more rooms to our block as of now for Friday and Saturday night. If you have booked with a higher rate already, please consider rebooking to secure the lower rate! If you plan on staying longer than the block is set for, consider contacting the hotel directly to see if they may honor the block for your extra nights. Let the bride or groom know as well if you need help! This is our HOST HOTEL! In the interest of safety ease for our guests, a bus will be running from this hotel for pre and post wedding transportation (info for departure times will be available closer to the wedding date). We want to make sure our guest are taken care of, especially taking the long trek to celebrate us! In addition to transportation on wedding day, this hotel is located around multiple restaurants and coffee shops in the same complex.

We wanted to give everyone options on places to stay that fit the travel needs of all our guests. If you choose to stay at this hotel, you are MORE than welcome to still utilize bus transportation from Embassy Suites. You will just be responsible to get yourself to and from Embassy Suites pre and post wedding. According to Google Maps, The Hilton and Embassy Suites are located 0.7 miles from each other and are ~16 minute walk away from each other in a walkable area of The Woodlands.

Best to access by Uber/Lyft if choosing this hotel for transportation.
