Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Kirsten Johnson and Nicholas Ulowetz
We love our city and are excited to have you experience it firsthand! Downtown Spokane is jam-packed with fun stores and tasty resturants to try. While we are getting married about 30 minutes outside of downtown Spokane, here are some of our favorite things to do/see in our city.

River Park Square

808 West Main Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201

Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, River Park Square has all the amenities a mall-goer could ask for.

Riverfront Park

507 North Howard Street, Spokane, WA 99201

A must-visit for first time Spokanites! Riverfront Park has many iconic parts to it: the Pavilion, the Carousel, the Clock Tower, the Gondola, the Ice Skating Rink, not to mention spectacular views of the Spokane River. Located in the heart of downtown Spokane.

Centennial Trail

Centennial Trail, Spokane, WA 99224

A nearly 40-mile paved recreational trail for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles. This iconic trail stretches all the way through the city of Spokane to the Washington/Idaho stateline. There are several access points to this trail along downtown Spokane, including Riverfront Park. Great for strolls, bike rides or jogs!

Kendall Yards

1335 W Summit Parkway, Spokane, WA 99201

KJ and Nick's neighborhood! "Explore the wild beauty of the Spokane River Gorge at Kendall Yards. Savor some of the area's best local resturants. Bike/walk the Centennial Trail. Take in the spectacular views. Just a five-minute stroll from downtown, our urban neighborhood features a world-class business district and walkable, connected new home community" SO many yummy food spots in Kendall Yards!

Garland District

924 W Garland Ave, Spokane, WA 99205

A fun street to explore with thrift shops, record stores, antique spots, resturants, breweries and more!

Greenbluff Loop

17116 N Day Mt Spokane Road, Mead, WA 99021

Greenbluff Loop is at its prime in October: orchards for fresh fruit and produce, farms hosting various pumpkin patches, live music, petting zoos and hay rides, fresh in-house-made pumpkin donuts and overall quintessential fall vibes. A few of our favorite spots on the loop: Beck's Harvest House, Siemers Farms, Walter's Fruit Ranch, Big Barn Brewing: there are so many places to explore along this loop to see autumnal Spokane at its finest.
