Brasada Ranch

All wedding events will take place at Brasada Ranch. Located just outside of Bend, Oregon, and cascading up the Powell Buttes, Brasada Ranch offers a variety of accommodation types, including Ranch House Suites, 2-4 bedroom cabins, and adult-only Cascade Bungalows. To reserve your accommodation at the discounted wedding rate (see note below), please call the reservations team at 1 (877) 771-4239 and tell them you are booking rooms for the Evans + Theilmann Wedding in May 2025. A note that the discounted rate will not be available if you book online.

Flight

Roberts Field - Redmond Municipal Airport

Redmond Airport is easy to navigate and close. It's 15 miles and roughly 22 minutes driving from Brasada Ranch.

Rental Car

Avis Car Rental

We've had good experiences renting from Avis out of Redmond, but there's a bunch of different options to select from. You likely don't need a car if you're only coming into town for the wedding weekend, but it might be useful to consider a rental if you plan to make a longer trip out and/or want to explore the region.

Travel Note

Rideshares

Uber and Lyft are available from the Redmond Airport and can easily take you to Brasada Ranch. A note that it's best to schedule a ride from Brasada Ranch to the airport for your trip home as it can be difficult to get a car out to the Ranch on demand depending on the time of day.
