I'm worried about COVID-19. Will it be safe?

We completely understand any and all concerns. We are working with the venue to make our wedding as safe and enjoyable as possible! Should any important updates come about, we will be sure to get in touch with you promptly.

Is everyone invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Absolutely! We are so excited to celebrate with our loved ones whether we see you often or not. We don't want to miss out on a single second of getting to party with you. While the rehearsal will only be attended by the bridal party, come one, come all to kick off our wedding weekend immediately after! Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off guests at The Holiday Inn and Suites at 249. Please feel free to check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the information you need.

Do we have to take the shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Due to the venue's limited parking capacity, we strongly suggest hopping aboard the shuttle rather than into your own vehicle-- especially if you're staying at one of the suggested hotels. Also, for those who party as hard as we do, that shuttle will certainly be the best option!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to have the honor of everyone's presence, we must adhere to a strict number that our venue has decided on, due to restrictions and health concerns. Guests are limited to those whom each invitation was addressed.

What is the wedding day attire?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors for the ceremony and under the cover of an air-conditioned tent for the reception, so keep that in mind! You know we LOVE to dress up and we cannot wait to see you in your summer formal attire. Feel free to get fancy! Ladies, throw on the midi, or floor-length dress that you've been dying for an occasion to wear! Gentlemen, find the suit that makes you wanna dance with somebody.

Can I take photos and post them on social media?

Answer

YES! (mostly) We do request that cell phones remain silent and for cameras to stay out of sight during our ceremony. We'd love for you to sit back, relax and trust that our fabulous photographers, Chelsea & Andrew, have it covered. After the ceremony, feel free to snap all the photos you want, but don't forget to use our hashtag, #kissmeimasimon so we can have fun looking at everyone's posts! Also, definitely take advantage of the photo booth—nothing beats photos with the perfect backdrop and lighting.

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be serving a family-style dinner with plenty of options. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions on the RSVP card, or reach out to us directly!
