Casual meet and greet to introduce yourself to the other guests. Grab a bite to eat, play lawn games, and mingle. Event will be hosted on the lawn of 'Roblay's Garden' behind Cabin #11. *Alcohol will be provided via bartenders; please bring an ID if under the age of 30. Guests may start checking into their cabins at 4:00pm. Food will be served starting at 6:30pm, but you may come and go at your leisure. Backyard Casual Attire: Think summer dresses, skirts, or blouses and pants for the ladies. Collared shirts and pants for the gents. Please be mindful of footwear, as you will be walking across grass. You may also want to bring a sweater or light jacket.
8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Enjoy the day up until the Ceremony! There's plenty to do at the venue: play tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, lawn games, lounge by the heated pool, or curl up with a good book. You can head down the road to walk along the Metolius River, check out Suttle Lake, or even venture into the neighboring town of Sisters, Oregon. Looking for something more active? There's an abundance of local hiking and biking trails. Guests should plan on coordinating their own breakfast and lunch.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Meet us at the venue's trout pond dubbed 'Osprey Point' for our Unplugged Ceremony where we'll say 'I Do' under the Ponderosa pines. Please allow ten minutes to walk across campus and take a seat at the Ceremony site. Guests needing a shorter walking distance may drive down the 'South Entrance' dirt road located next to Cabin #1. Summer Cocktail Attire: Think tea-length or midi dresses, matching sets, or pantsuits for the ladies. Suits or sport coats and slacks for the gents. Please be mindful of footwear, as you will be walking across grass.
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner, drinks and dancing to follow the Ceremony! Head over to the lawn area behind Cabin #11, known as 'Roblay's Garden' for a night of celebration. All traditional wedding customs will be wrapped by 8:00pm for guests who wish to retire early. Otherwise the dance floor will be open until 10:00pm! The evenings can cool down in Oregon, so please bring a light jacket or shawl.
10:30 am
Stop by the Main Lodge for coffee as we say farewell! All guests will be asked to check out of their cabins by 11:00am. We suggest getting your car packed up and ready to go before you head over to the lodge. Cabins should be tidy and left in the same condition as check in. Any dishes you may have used durning your stay should be washed, dried and put away upon departure.
