Do I need to have received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Answer

Your safety and health are our top priorities! Given the nature of the pandemic, and as physicians, we both strongly recommend everyone receive the COVID-19 vaccine series. If you are not vaccinated, we do not recommend attending our events.

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

1. We kindly ask that all guests be vaccinated for COVID-19. 2. We will provide masks and hand sanitizer at all of our events. 3. Social distancing is encouraged. 4. Please let us know if there are any special requests/health concerns you have!

I can't attend the wedding. What should I do?

Answer

If you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible! We completely understand that things come up and schedules can be busy, so not a problem at all!

Wedding Gifts?

Answer

We kindly request no boxed gifts please. Your love and blessings are all we hope to receive!

What is the dress code?

Answer

All of our wedding events will involve traditional Indian attire, however please wear whatever you feel most comfortable and beautiful in!

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our events, with the exception of the baraat, will be indoors. Since the wedding is in July, we are hoping for warm and sunny weather that weekend!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is an attached parking lot at the Bharatiya Temple as well as the hotel (both free of charge).

Can I take photos/videos to post on social media?

Answer

Of course! We also would love to see them! Our wedding hashtag is #PujaKishaadi

Question

Will there be food that accommodates my diet?

Answer

All of our food will be vegetarian. There will also be options that are onion and garlic free!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will not be an open bar or alcoholic drinks served at our events to respect temple grounds and our personal preferences alike.
