Travel Note

Driving Information

The wedding will be held at Woodcrest Retreat Center, located at 225 Woodcrest Drive, Ephrata, PA 17522. Once you arrive at Woodcrest, you will want to park at Oak Shade Pavilion. To get to Oak Shade, stay on the main road. You will go around a large curve; keep going. At the next large curve, there will be a newer looking building and fence around a pool on your right. A few yards further, and there will be a small parking lot on your right and, a few yards after that, there will be another small lot on your left. Feel free to park in either of those lots. To get to the ceremony, continue to walk up the road (there will be signage) to Poplar View where the ceremony will be held. Those with mobility issues or other needs are more than welcome to continue driving all of the way up to one of the few parking spaces at Poplar View. NOTE: Please be mindful of others as you park and fill in the parking lots from back to front, taking care not to block anyone in.

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

You can fly into Lancaster (LNS), Harrisburg (MDT), or Philadelphia (PHL). In my experience, flights into and out of Philadelphia give you the most options are significantly more affordable. No matter where you fly into, you will need to rent a vehicle or arrange a carpool get from the airport to the wedding venue. Unfortunately, public transportation and ridesharing apps will not be effective options for travel.
