We knew each other well before we met. In a very 21st century moment, we first interacted in a niche Christian meme group on Facebook. When COVID lockdowns began, a group of people from this group started getting together on Zoom to read scripture together and talk. It was during these extended Zoom sessions that Christopher and I became friends. At some point, we also worked together virtually to design a logo and build a website. Finally, we were both invited to participate in a panel discussion for a podcast on singleness in the church (hosted by Christopher's brother Asher)—this is where my (Kimberly's) romantic interest began. Eventually, we were invited by our mutual friends Titus and Brenna Kuepfer to spend New Year's Eve with them which is where we officially "met" face-to-face.
