Maid of Honor
This lovely lady has brought light and laughter to Kirstin's life since the two met in Occupational Therapy school in Fall 2011. She is an absolute joy to be around! She is an incredible friend, mother of an adorable little boy and a beautiful baby girl, and wife to a great guy. Erin is the type of friend who would drop everything to support someone she loves. She and Kirstin have many memories of spontaneous adventures around Portland, carpool dance sessions, and brainstorming their next ingenious idea.
Erik Smith
Best Man
Erik and Jim met in college and prove that Cougs and Vandals can collaborate to make some rocking tunes. With ever a story to tell or song to sing, Erik teaches art and music for the Vancouver School District. The Smith and Steiner households have grown together over the years and still manage the occasional kid play dates for Hayden and Erik’s two sons, Blake and Leif; but we all know it’s just an excuse for Jim and Erik to get together and play some music.
Amber Hartman

Amber is one of Kirstin's oldest and dearest friends. She and Kirstin met as freshmen in marching band at Longview High School in Longview, TX; Amber played clarinet, and Kirstin played flute. Amber and Kirstin have countless memories of high school shenanigans, football games, marching fiascos, and study sessions. Their friendship has held strong over time, and the two check in regularly. Amber lives in Lubbock, TX with her husband, Thomas, and their adorable daughter, Esther (our flower girl).
Jon Steiner
Groomsman
Jon is Jim’s oldest sibling. He grew up in Sandpoint, ID but moved to Vancouver, WA in high school. He eventually became a Portland skater before it was cool. He still gets out to skate from time to time, but spends most of his time working and taking care of his adorable, talkative son, Lake (our ring bearer).
Shari Stoker
Bridesmaid
Shari is one of Kirstin's younger sisters, and she is a ray of sunshine. She is super positive, easy-going, and always willing to help out. Shari and her husband, Avi, are world travelers and have awesome stories to tell about the interesting places they've been to visit. Fun Fact: Shari and Kirstin call each other "rain sister" because they used to love escaping the warmth of the house to play in the rain together as kids. If we're being honest, they'll likely revisit their rain sister days even as adults.
Joe Steiner
Groomsman
Joe is the drummer in the family and Jim’s doppelganger. Usually looking for a place to go on a run in Boise with his pup, Pippin, he likes to stay outdoors and active. After college, he played drums on cruise ships for the US Navy. He now plays in bands in Boise, ID and all over the PNW. He hopes to get back to making and seeing live music once we’re past the pandemic.
Mariah Procell

Mariah is Kirstin's younger sister. An animal lover and empath to the core, she is sweet, sentimental, and thoughtful. She has a kind heart and loves showing support for loved ones by sending meaningful messages and gifts that lift the spirit. Mariah and Kirstin are alike in many ways, and the two are often key organizers and helpers for family festivities. Mariah and Kirstin are both great about reaching out to support one another, and they make sure to cheer each other up when one is feeling down (even with 2000 miles in between them). Mariah lives in Austin, TX with her husband, Hunter.
Greg Steiner
Groomsman
Greg is Jim’s youngest brother. He enjoys all the things a North Idaho guy needs, dirt bikes, time on the lake, cars, football, and silly jokes. Always the social butterfly, Greg likes to be part of the party with a smile on his face. Greg lives in Sandpoint, ID and is hunkering down to work for a while until COVID-19 passes and he can go to college or see where the winds of life take him!
Amanda Steiner
Bridesmaid
Amanda is Jim's younger sister, and she is super sweet and talented. She is a beautiful dancer and dedicates much of her time and energy to her love of all things dance. Amanda is a smart, focused student, and she is known in her family circle for being responsible and reliable. She lives with her family in Sandpoint, ID, where she spends her days studying, going to school, dancing, and just enjoying life.
Travis Tyler
Groomsman
Travis and Jim are friends from high school and have plenty of totally awesome band nerd pictures together. Travis works and lives with his wife and three energetic kids in Sandpoint, ID. Jim & Travis were pretty much adopted into each others’ families in high school and spent most of their time roaming around Bonner Co finding places to swim, bridges to jump from, and blaring music way too loud.
Kim Phillips

Kim is one of Kirstin's closest friends. She and Kirstin met in Occupational Therapy School in 2011, and they because fast friends. In their final year of OT school, the two traveled to Nicaragua together with a team of healthcare students from Pacific University to volunteer in elderly care homes-- an incredible experience! Kim and Kirstin love catching up over drinks and dinner at some of Portland's unique bars and restaurants. Kim and her husband, Brodie, have a beautiful baby girl, a super cute cat named Tash that Kirstin loves to pet-sit, and a lovable dog named Eva. Kim is organized and thoughtful-- she will be an amazing support as a bridesmaid!
Roshan Alidjani

Roshan and Jim were roommates and fraternity brothers at University of Idaho. Roshan is a talented artist and enjoys drawing and expressing himself creatively. When not spending time with friends and family in Boise, he often enjoys being master of witty banter and deep, but comedic conversations. Jim and Rosh manage to stay connected by playing video games and otherwise nerding out together remotely.

Julie Procell
Mother of the Bride
Julie is Kirstin's beautiful mother. She's raised seven pretty outstanding children and continues to be a dedicated mother and grandmother to five grandchildren. Julie loves to laugh and inspires her friends and family to be cheerful and positive. She is a life-long learner and is always seeking out opportunities for acquiring new knowledge and skills. Most recently, she has been learning to play guitar, something she's always talked about doing. Julie has been a wonderful support and positive influence in Kirstin's life.
Janet Steiner
Mother of the Groom
Janet is Jim's mother, and she has been an amazing, consistent support for him through thick and thin. She is a loving mother to three sons, Jim, Jon, and Joe, and doting grandmother to Hayden and Lake. She is kind and patient and always good company for family dinners or picnics. Janet enjoys camping with her family, park outings, and curling up with a good book or a puzzle.
Dylan Stoker

Dylan is Kirstin's brother and will be doing Kirstin & Jim the honor of performing the wedding ceremony. Dylan works in the wedding industry and has a number of great skill sets involved in making sure weddings run smoothly. He will also be acting as the day-of wedding coordinator. Dylan is an all-around awesome guy! He is smart, witty, and relaxed. He and Kirstin share many fond memories of "Covert Operations" (code for: let's get out of the house and go do something fun for a bit) in their Chevy Blazer, "Roxanne." They also share a love for song covers better than the original and keep in touch by sharing music with each other via FB Messenger.
Rick Steiner
Father of the Groom
Rick is Jim's dad, and he is such a joy to be around! A music man at heart, he is an excellent keyboardist and pianist who dabbles in several other instruments. He owned a music store in his hometown of Sandpoint, ID for several years and now continues his love of music by playing in a band, gigging around Sandpoint, and teaching music lessons to youth in his area. He is a hard-worker and is always up for a friendly chat about all the things. Rick is loved and adored by his family, including his wife, Lore, his children, Jim, Jon, Joe, Greg, and Amanda, and his two grandsons, Hayden and Lake.
