Grafton Trails & Outdoor Center
For guests who stay at the Grafton Inn, your stay includes access to the trail system at Grafton Trails Outdoor Center. This includes free access to: road bikes, mountain bikes, fat bikes, paddleboats, disc golf, stand-up paddle boards, tennis court, volleyball court and lawn games.
Chester, Vermont
The town of Chester is a short 12 minute drive north of Grafton and is filled with antique shops, boutiques, and artisan studios. It is also the set of a Hallmark Christmas Movie :).
Alyson's Orchard
For a quintessential New England autumn activity - head over to Alyson's Orchard for apple and pumpkin picking, hay rides, and gorgeous sweeping foliage views.
Putney Mountain Pinnacle Trailhead
This is one of our favorite hiking spots in the area. We recommend the Holden Trail which summits at the Pinnacle and Cabin. The fall foliage views are spectacular! One of our first dates!
Pauls Ledges Trail
Beautiful local hiking spot with a fantastic view of the rolling Vermont hills. This hiking trail was immediately outside Dan's door while care taking a Vermont cabin years ago.

Grafton Village Cheese Company
A great spot to taste all of the delightful cheese that Grafton makes - you can also watch the cheese being produced! They also sell a wide variety of local chocolate, maple syrup, wine, jams, etc.
