Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All wedding related events will be held on the property of the Grafton Inn - we recommend booking a room right there at the Inn. All rooms in the Inn will be held for our guests on Saturday night. When you call to reserve your rooms, identify yourself as a guest of the French-Kray wedding. To receive the discounted room block rate, please call this number: 802-843-2248.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. Fall in Vermont can range from quite warm in the sun to quite chilly in the evenings, we recommend bringing a shawl, wrap, or light jacket. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on the grass - make sure you pack the right shoes. Most importantly, we want everyone to be comfortable!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - we will work closely with the chef to accommodate specific dietary needs. There is a question on the RSVP page where we collect this information from you - please note how we can tailor your meal selection, or whether you will need an entirely different option. Dan or Kirstin may follow up to make sure we understand your needs. The whole weekend will be corn free!

Is there transportation to and from the inn to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Good news! All wedding events are walking distance from the Grafton Inn. For guests with mobility concerns, we can arrange for a ride directly to the ceremony site and back to the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! For parents who are interested, we are arranging for babysitters to be at the Inn for the younger kiddos. Grafton Inn affiliated babysitters will be available on both Friday and Saturday nights. Let Kirstin & Dan know if you are planning to bring your kid(s) and would like to know more about the babysitting service.
