What's the address?

Answer

The address is 33200 E Carmel Valley Road. When using GPS, directions can overshoot or undershoot our entrance a little (depending on what direction you are coming from) so keep an eye out for The Camp sign. The entrance gate is also located at mile marker 14.8.

I want to stay on site, do I need to do anything?

Answer

Fill out the RSVP form and indicate you want to stay on site. If you already did this, we'll assign you a cabin

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Throughout the weekend we want you to be comfortable in whatever you want. Friday night - Flannel Friday Saturday day - Whatever you're comfortable to do activities in Saturday night - Loosely formal / cocktail lite. Bring a jacket! Sunday Ceremony - Casual, whatever you will be most comfortable in, Jeans are good

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kiddos, this will be a no kid event as we look forward to hanging with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please write it in on your RSVP with dietary restrictions. Our caters are happy to work around whatever we ask, including prepping some things separate to ensure no contamination.

Yes, Please fill out any limitations in the RSVP or let us know directly. Our caterers are happy to work with special requests and have a variety of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options among others

Is it okay to bring my own snacks and drinks to camp?

Answer

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own snacks or drinks if you would like. We’ll have food and drinks available for all meals Friday dinner - Sunday breakfast including snacks available at all times. If you have certain things you know you love or want as a backup snack, you can bring them along and leave them in your cabin. The camp also allows guests to bring their own beer and wine, so if you have a particular drink that you want, feel free to bring it along! There is no smoking of any kind at The Camp.

Can I bring my own sleeping bag/pillow/etc to camp?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to bring along whatever will make you comfortable for the weekend.

What kinds of shoes can I wear?

Answer

Most of The Camp is paved or gravel. There are many types of sport surfaces. Dinner will be served on a lawn and the ceremony will be on a mostly gravel/ compact dirt landing.

Probably! We'll figure out how to ask/ share out as the date gets closer.

I want to participate in screenprinting, what colors will be available?

Answer

We will have white and green paint available for screen printing our logo!
