Welcome Dinner

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

If you have flannel shirt join us in KJ's Friday tradition, "Flannel Friday," by wearing a flannel of any kind!

We will have a pizza truck running from 5:30 - 7:30 where you can order a pizza and salad at your leisure.

Welcome Event

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Be sure you can move around in whatever you're wearing

We will be having group activities on Friday night! It will be a surprise :)

Activities!

10:00 am

Wear whatever you can move around in and will be comfortable! Likely have a jacket with you

The Camp is whatever you want to make it! There are hiking trails, pickleball courts, basketball court, a large grass field and a pool for swimming (weather dependent). We will have board games, yard games, crafts, and other activities available. If you're interested, there are a number of wineries with tasting rooms in town that you can check out. We will keep you updated on what we are doing. KJ is hoping to get in some Goalty (an Ultimate frisbee variant)

Slosh Ball

2:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Slosh Ball is a form of Kickball that is also a drinking game. Here are some rules: 1. You must have a drink in hand at all times. 2. A person from your team will pitch for you 3. Each player gets 3 pitches. Any pitch left unhit is considered a strike. 3 strikes you're out! 4. When you reach 2nd base, you need to refill your cup from the keg and finish your drink before your can proceed to 3rd base. 4a. Up to 3 people can be at 2nd base enjoying their beverage at a time. If a 4th is on their way, someone needs to finish their drink and leave! 5. Any time a player hits a home run, play is halted and the entire team is invited to join the player at 2nd base for a toast 6. If you're not drinking alcohol, the player is asked to spin 3x before batting and before leaving 2nd base

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

There will be a bar service with beer, wine, and some cocktails including NA options. Light appetizers will be passed around starting around 5pm.

Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

MacDonald Farm will be catering our meal with a farm to table style meal. They planted the butternut squash used for the soup right after Finney visited and loved it so much!

Reception - Dancing

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Monterey County has a strict noise ordinance so we will be having music inside the main hall for dancing

Indoor Curfew

9:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We ask everyone to join us inside per The Camp's noise/ gathering requests to limit sound disturbances to the neighbors

Ceremony

10:00 am - 10:30 am

We will be serving breakfast burritos immediately following the ceremony.

Check-out and Goodbyes

11:00 am - 12:30 pm

We hope you'll have had a wonderful weekend and are sad to leave so soon. We must be checked out of the cabins by noon but you're welcome to hang around the camp until 12:30pm!
