Please send this information to: groupsreservations@thefiveshotels.com and you will receive a link to confirm your stay with a deposit/payment. *Please consider that to secure your room, down payment needs to be placed by February 21, 2022. *The full reservation payment has to be settled at least 60 days before your arrival. Kindly note, average response time for emails is between 2 to 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

Cancun airport is the best airport to fly into, to get to Playa Del Carmen. The airport is about a 45 minute drive to The Fives Beach Hotel, Playa Del Carmen.

Passports and COVID-19 Guidelines

Please note that a passport is required to travel into Mexico. Please apply for or renew your passport book IMMEDIATELY as there are extreme delays due to COVID-19. Please continue to check the CDC website for travel requirements as they continuously change. Currently, you do need a negative COVID-19 test result to enter back into the United States. Per CDC, “regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States” The Fives Beach Hotel provides COVID-19 testing onsite at the hotel, you must schedule testing at arrival with the front desk.
