Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do. The resort is kid friendly but we want our wedding to be your night off! The resort offers babysitting services. Please contact the resort directly to inquire about babysitting services for the wedding ceremony and reception.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

If your invitation/ RSVP says "add Guest" then yes. If not, sorry we really want a small intimate wedding with those who are truly close to us.

Do I have to stay at the Fives Beach Hotel, Playa Del Carmen?

Answer

Staying at the Fives Beach Hotel, Playa Del Carmen is required to avoid additional costs for the Bride and Groom (resort requires "guest pass" to enter the resort on the day of the wedding events, per person). Plus, the Bride and Groom really want all their beautiful family and friends to join together at the resort to be included in such a memorable weekend!

What to wear to the Ceremony?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire. We welcome you to wear shades of nude, sand, tan, taupe, beige, and green! Please note the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in a garden area (flat grass area/no sand). Ladies, there is an area of cobble stone leading up to the ceremony area.

Do I need to take a COVID-19 test to enter Mexico?

Answer

A passport is required to travel into Mexico. Please apply for or renew your passport book IMMEDIATELY as there are extreme delays due to COVID-19. **Please continue to check the CDC website for travel requirements as they continuously change. As of now, you do need a negative COVID-19 test result to enter back into the United States. Per CDC, “regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States” The Fives Beach Hotel provides COVID-19 testing onsite at the hotel, you must schedule testing at arrival with the front desk. PCR test $100 USD Antigen test $30 USD

I paid my room deposit, how do I make payments towards my reservation?

Answer

* The Fives will NOT contact you, you must contact them to make payments. Any time you would like to make payment towards your reservation, you must email groupsreservations@thefiveshotels.com to request payment link (and/or questions regarding your balance) groupsreservations@thefiveshotels.com will email you back asking you what amount you would like to pay, and then they will email you a link for that specific amount. Or you can can contact them to assist with payment at 1-800-789-4592. Please note that the full reservation must be paid in full by April 20, 2022.
