Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would love for our friends and family to dress up! The dress code is formal, which means tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are there shuttles?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle buses will be doing pick ups at the following locations and times: - 2:45 PM: The Royal Kelowna - 1288 Water Street - 3:10 PM: Manteo Resort - 3762 Lakeshore Road After the reception, shuttles back to both locations will begin at 10:30 PM and end at 12:00 AM. If you miss the shuttle you will need to taxi or uber.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue at 3:30 PM. The ceremony will start at 4 PM and if you are late unfortunately you will have to wait outside until the ceremony is over.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many great hotels in the Kelowna area! We have hotel recommendations under the "Travel" section of this website, which includes discount codes at a few hotels near the venue.

Is there parking?

Answer

Unfortunately there is limited parking at our venue which is being reserved for our vendors. Additionally, we will have an open bar and want to discourage anyone from drinking and driving. To make things easy for you, we will be offering multiple shuttle buses to and from the venue. Please specify in your RSVP if you are interested in taking the shuttle. If you would prefer to not take the shuttle, you are more than welcome to order an Uber or taxi!

Unless your invitation specified a plus one, we are unable to accommodate extra guests.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We understand that we are asking many of you to travel for our wedding. Your presence at our wedding is more than enough and we kindly ask you not to bring a gift.

Are kids welcome?

Due to the limited capacity of our venue and the open bar, we are only inviting guests over the age of 19.
