There will be a few different events to celebrate our wedding, two of the three events will be traditional Hindu ceremonies, while the reception will be Western/American in theme. For the first two events, we encourage Indian dress but Western dress is also perfectly fine. We prefer to celebrate with you when you feel most comfortable. For more information/guidance, please find recommendations below: Mehndi/Welcome Party: Men can wear what's called a kurta (a loose long shirt with some tighter-fitting pants underneath) or a shirt and khaki pants would be fine. Women can wear either a lehenga choli dress or a sari dress, a long flowy skirt with a blouse or a dress is also a great option. Wedding: This is very similar to the wear above but slightly more elevated. The two colors not recommended to wear are black and red/marron. Reception: Cocktail, Black Tie, Indian. Please wear what you feel comfortable in.
The welcome party will be held at the Sax Pool, the wedding ceremony will take place in the Ipanema garden, and the reception will be held at Element terrace. *note: there are no events that will be held in the sand

Yes! The Hard Rock is extremely kid friendly. On-site, they have the HARD ROCK ROXITY KIDS CLUB which is "endless entertainment with tons of activities, games, crafts, and music. While the kids are off in the ultimate hangout place making friends, forming bands, and having the time of their lives, parents can relax knowing their little legends are in good hands"
We will be mindful to include all types of food, the resort itself is set to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
