Wedding Party

Meet our crew!

Natalie Novak

Maid of Honor

We hit it off in homeroom freshman year of high school, went on a family vacation a couple weeks later, and have been inseparable since! Singing and dancing our way through every event, this girl was in it with me through the thick and thin!!! We even made it in the high school newspaper as the best "couple" dancers (its true - we had some pretty mean choreographed routines for school dances!!!) When others were off wondering who their first slow dance was with, we were planning when to drop our new combo!! #londonbridge

Navid Ghaffarian

Best Man

During my first semester at Pratt, Navid was one of the first friends I made during college and to this day is one of the longest friendships I've had. When we met we had way more in common than both of us could have ever guessed! Growing up on Long Island and sharing so many similar friends, we definitely were long lost brothers, just waiting to run into each other. From studio partners, to roommates, to Greenpoint neighbors, we've been through the thick of it for a while; as Jets fans (hopefully we will witness Sam Darnold bring us some happiness on these upcoming football Sundays).

Julia Segal

Maid of Honor

One day on the beaches of Stone Harbor, NJ this girl came along and asked if she could play in the sand hole my Dad made... and from then on, there was no adventure we wouldn't follow the other into - for better or worse. (Shout out to Wiz Khalifa and McDonalds for our only ever joint grounding!) From our founding of the unofficial "walking-club" of cross country, to us entering high-jump only to "not have to endure sprint workouts" in track, to convincing me to join the dive team without ever having completed a flip in my life before. (I think I'm finally seeing a pattern here Juls...) I would not have so many great memories and such an active extracurricular life without you!!!

Maher Khawer

Groomsman

Another long lost brother from Long Island, we repped our crew during our Pratt days with plaid flannels like they were our uniforms. One of the most outgoing guys I've ever met and always ready to have some fun. We've been able to share some incredible memories, dating far back to our college days as roommates, our infamous Miami trip, to our concert festivals in upstate NY. We certainly have some great stories to tell and I can't wait for what's going to be written in the future!

Diana Sanchez

Bridesmaid

Sister of the Groom (and Nala's favorite babysitter), Diana has had to put up a lot with Marco... but now I am so glad I can be on her team!!! 2 against one Marco - watch out!!! Diana is the sister I have always wanted, the best person to sip Patron Coffee Liquor with and the best dance partner at family functions. I'm giving her all the props for teaching me those difficult Portuguese dances - hopefully I will do her justice on June 29th!!!

Tyler Crock

Groomsman

If you ever met Tyler, I'm sure you'd quickly realize that he's one of the nicest, smartest, most sincere guys you've ever met. As Kirsten's twin brother we've been great movie buddies, hitting up the latest Marvel films and munching on the nearest food in site when we hang out. Looking forward to great times with my future brother in-law and my number one teammate for bar trivia (I call you on my team indefinitely man)!!!

Preet Gill

Bridesmaid

I got a phone call third year asking if I was interested in sharing an apartment with her and a friend and thank God for that call! We were constantly together; buddy system to walk back after a late night at studio, buddy to go out with in New York, and buddy to watch bad TV with when all we wanted to do was decompress. She's my oldest roommate, one of my longest college friends, and my favorite person to swap clothes with. (Why don't we live in an apartment complex like the TV show Friends so we can be next door neighbors forever?!)

Carlos Martins

Groomsman

Growing up, Carlos and I were surrounded by cousins and sister(s) - we were always outnumbered by 6 to 2. So, it was up to us during birthdays and family trips to find a way to entertain ourselves... and I think we definitely succeeded. (Succeed defined through the following real-world example: head out to grandma's farm in Portugal, rip oranges off of her trees and throw them at the family chickens, all the while laughing as they flew around until Grandma caught us.) Carlos and I continued that friendship through our high school years, hanging out almost every weekend during the summers, and have been more than cousins but good friends ever since!!!

Micah Nelson

Bridesmaid

My forever Manhattanite. We ran away together from Fox Chapel to big ol' New York and grew so close. Though Micah was in Manhattan she would bear the dreaded G-train and be at my doorstep Saturday morning with our favorite falafel wrap or me at hers Friday night. She was my rock away from home in this big city - and I have to say, I think we did a pretty good job conquering it!!!

Marc Prisco

Bridesman

From wine nights in Rome (where we failed to learn the language but miraculously got by), to wine nights in Brooklyn (at his and Marco's first apartment after graduation), this guy will forever sing bad show tunes and watch "twist" movies with me till we die of laughter.

Alicia Uhrin

Bridesmaid

We used to play pretend in the woods, create holiday plays/costumes for the Nagy cousins, and talk about boys while playing in the creek next to Grandma's and Grandpap's. My BFC (best friend cousin - we coined the term) always had the answers and a laugh to my pre-Marco boy problems. Nagy girls through and through!!!

For all the days along the way
