When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 15, 2022.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We'd love your little ones to share in our big day. We are arranging for childcare during the reception should you want to use it, and will get in touch with you directly with more details. Please note that kids also stay for free and eat for free up to age 5 or half off between ages 6 and 12 at Jasper Park Lodge.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We are arranging shuttle service to and from Jasper township to Jasper Park Lodge for the wedding day. Details to come. Jasper also has plenty of taxi service should you need to make alternate arrangements.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There are plans for a golf round at the Jasper Park Lodge course on Friday, Sept. 30. Please let us know if you'd like to get involved!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of guest parking onsite.

What COVID-19 protocols are in place at Jasper Park Lodge?

Should we be tested before attending?

Answer

Due to the presence of immunocompromised and disabled guests, we would kindly request that you test for COVID-19 in the 2 days prior to attending the wedding. This doesn't need to be professionally administered (it can be if you'd like) but please try to access a Rapid Antigen Test or Lateral Flow Test to ensure the safety of all of our loved ones. We will have extras on hand just in case (in limited amounts). Thanks in advance for being cooperative and understanding!
