Welcome Party

Beach casual
The welcome party will be a beach bonfire at sunset! There will be food, drinks, and good times. If you have or are able to bring beach chairs or towels (those not flying here) for sitting in the sand, that would be ideal! Rain plan: IF it rains, the welcome party will be held at 25 Shipcarpenter Square, Lewes, DE 19558.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire
Ceremony is OUTDOOR weather-permitting. If wearing heels, block heels are recommended because it will be on grass. Parking: Street parking Restrooms: There are public restrooms down a block at the Historical Society, there will be none available at the actual ceremony site Rain plan: If the weather is very rainy, the ceremony backup plan is at the reception venue (Lewes Yacht Club). We will let people know closer to the date if its in the forecast.
Reception

Semi-formal or cocktail attire
Cocktail hour is from 5:30-6:30pm, the ceremony should end around 4:30pm, giving guests around an hour before the reception begins at the Yacht club. Grab a drink in downtown Lewes, or mingle with friends and family before the reception! The reception venue is around an 8 minute drive from the ceremony area.
