The Flanders Hotel

This is where our Welcome Party and Reception will be held!! WooHoo!!! St. Augustine’s Church, where our ceremony will be, is a quick two block walk from Flanders. A block of 30 rooms has been set aside at Flanders. To reserve a room at Flanders, please call the hotel directly. Let them know you are with the Kirner/D’Alessio Wedding. The phone number for a reservation is: 1-609-399-1000 The room block rate is $300.00 plus taxes per night. If you choose to upgrade your room, you will receive a 12% discount off that current room rate. The room rate is available right up until our wedding, but the block of rooms is being held through July 23rd. After July 23rd, Flanders will release the rooms for public reservations. The wedding rate accommodations include a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite. The suites are approximately 600 sq. ft., and sleep 4 comfortably. The suites have a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper chair in the living room. The suite also has a kitchenette. Parking is complimentary during your stay. The hotel has a restaurant, a salon & spa, and a fitness center on site.

Watson's Regency Suites

Within walking distance of Flanders, St. Augustine’s Church, and the beautiful Ocean City beach and boardwalk is Watson’s Regency Suites Hotel. A block of 10 suites has been set aside for our wedding. The rate for wedding guests is $269.00 + tax. This place is perfect if you're coming with family, a partner or want to share a room! All rooms are 1 bedroom suites with a queen bed in the bedroom. The living room has a sofa that pulls out to a Queen bed. Each room has a full dining room, kitchen, and full bath. The hotel has an indoor pool, and parking is free for one car per suite. Watson’s will hold the reserved block of rooms through July 21st, 2024. After July 21st, the rate will still be honored, if a room is available. To reserve a room at Watson’s, call the hotel at 1-609-398-4300, and tell them you are booking with the Kirner/D’Alessio wedding. They do require a one night deposit at the time you reserve the room. Please check their website regarding cancellation fees.

Beach Club Hotel

The Beach Club Hotel is also within walking distance of the Flanders Hotel and St. Augustine’s Church. Location, location, location! The Beach Club Hotel is on the beautiful Ocean City Boardwalk! The Beach Club Hotel has a block of 10 Standard rooms set aside for our wedding through August 15th. This hotel requires a two night minimum stay. During our wedding weekend the hotel is welcoming their guests with a “Taste of Ocean City” promotion. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with Johnson’s popcorn and salt water taffy, along with coupons for a pizza at Manco and Manco’s, ice cream, Mallon’s sticky buns and more! The rate for the weekend (Friday and Saturday) is $499.00 plus tax. This also includes parking for one car per room. The Standard rooms have two Queen beds, a mini-refrigerator, and a table and chairs. The hotel has a heated pool and a restaurant on site.

For all of the guests who will be traveling from New York City or Philadelphia, there are several Public Transportation options offeredthrough the NJ Transit! There is a bus station in the middle of Ocean City, just over the 9th street bridge. It is walking distance from the Flander's hotel and St. Augustine's church on 13th Street.

There are indeed Ubers and Lyfts in South Jersey, however, for our friends who are used to the shorter pick-up times (like you are used to in big cities like L.A., NYC, etc.) these Ubers usually have somewhere between a 10-20 minute wait for pick-up!
