FAQs

Question

When will more details about the wedding weekend be shared?

Answer

We’re still finalizing a few details. More information will be added to the website soon—check back for updates!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have Airbnb accommodations available that can host up to 80 guests, along with a limited number of hotel rooms. We are currently securing a mix of king and double queen rooms, with about 10 rooms available across both hotels.

Question

How will Airbnb accommodations work?

Answer

Airbnb stays will be coordinated by the bride and groom. Guests will be thoughtfully assigned to create a shared, comfortable experience throughout the weekend. If you are included, your details will be sent directly.

Question

Can I book my own accommodations?

Answer

Yes! You’re welcome to stay wherever you feel most comfortable.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

* Homecoming: Casual. Feel free to wear K-State colors (green & gold) or HBCU gear. * Brunch: Business casual—think soft, elevated looks (sundresses, polished sets, light fall vibes).

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What should I know about parking for homecoming?

Answer

Parking details will be shared soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Question

What should I bring for homecoming?

Answer

Homecoming will have a relaxed, tailgate-style vibe. Feel free to bring: * Lawn chairs * Personal fans or cooling items * Anything that keeps you comfortable outdoors Food, drinks, and a tab bar will be provided.

Question

Can I help with tent setup?

Answer

Yes! If you’d like to assist with setup, please reach out to Kirk to coordinate details.

Question

How do I find the brunch location?

Answer

The venue is a little tucked away. Once you arrive on East Market Street, look for a courtyard-style marketplace area. It’s inside a shared space, so you may need to walk slightly inward—but if you see a patio or brewery-style setup, you’re in the right place.

Question

Is parking available for brunch?

Answer

Yes—street parking is available nearby, and we’re able to validate up to 2 hours of parking. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to park and walk in.

Question

Who should I contact with questions?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to us directly—we’re happy to help!
