Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We hope guests will arrive at 4:00 for cocktails (NA options available!) and conversation before the ceremony. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45.

Will you provide transportation?

Answer

Yes! All shuttles will depart from and arrive back to the front of Hotel Indigo Minneapolis Downtown. You are welcome to use this transportation whether you are staying at Hotel Indigo or elsewhere! Transportation Schedule: 3:45 PM- Shuttle 1 to Ceremony 4:00 PM- Shuttle 2 to Ceremony 5:15 PM (or so)- Shuttles from Ceremony to Reception Site 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM, and 11:45 pm- Shuttle back to Hotel Indigo NOTE: Shuttles will LEAVE promptly at the listed time so keep this in mind as you make plans to catch them!

What should I wear?

Answer

We're crossing our fingers for a beautiful Minnesota summer day- that being said we are requesting Garden Party Attire! Consider wearing light summer fabrics. Dresses, jumpsuits, a suit, or slacks & a jacket are all appropriate choices. Don't hesitate to lean into the garden vibes with your fabrics, prints & colors! The ceremony will be outside on the grass- so be mindful of your shoe choice.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are requesting children under 13 years old stay home. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us! If you are out of town and need help finding childcare in the cities, we are happy to make recommendations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we ask that only the people specifically named on your invitation attend. However, if you think we have forgotten someone important, please reach out to Gabby or Kirk.

Yep! There will also be NA options available.

Absolutely- please let us know in advance so we can be sure we are prepared!

Will there be any covid-19 precautions in place?

Answer

We are requesting that all of our guests be vaccinated against COVID-19- we love and care about everyone we have invited and want to ensure they stay safe. If you are unable attend due to COVID-19 precautions, we completely understand. Your comfort and safety is our first priority!
