Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moore, an IHG Hotel
Use the website link below to book a room with our room block and special rate at the Holiday Inn Express in Moore. This is the only hotel with a room block. Follow the link below (VIEW) and enter dates between Aug 7 and Aug 10. The "Rate Preference" field should say "Group Rate, Travel Agent". After entering your dates and clicking SEARCH, you should see "Arti and Kiran's Wed" as the group rate name. Most of our families will be staying here. A bus will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. There will be some Indian breakfast and snacks in the hotel conference room each morning. Please feel free to get together and hangout in the conference room at any time.

This is connected to the after party venue, the Jones Assembly. It is a historic Model-T factory converted recently to a hotel and it is where Kiran and Arti will be staying.

This is a convenient option downtown, less than a mile to both the wedding and afterparty venues.

Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel
If you'd like to be closer to the venue, we think that the Sheraton is a good choice. Highly recommended for the after party folks!

Will Rogers Airport (OKC)
Only one airport, and this is it. 15 miles away from the wedding venue. Flight on all major airlines to all regional destinations. Unless you are planning some side tourism, you won't need to rent a car.
