When should I get there and leave?
Answer
Events will start during the morning on Friday morning, so we recommend that out of town guests arrive to Oklahoma City any time on Thursday. Events will go through Friday night, so feel free to head out Saturday.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Both families will be staying at the Patel family hotel, the Holiday Inn Express in Moore, Oklahoma. If you expect to attend the after party, we suggest you consider downtown options for convenience. The Fordson Hotel is connected to the Jones Assembly, the after party venue. Other downtown options include the Sheraton and Wyndham Grand downtown, or any hotel in Bricktown.

How do I get to the venue (parking)?
Answer
There is no official parking lot for the OKC Civic Center Music Hall. There is some street parking or paid garages downtown. For guests staying at the Moore Holiday Inn, a bus going to and from all events will be provided. The Arts District Parking Garage is a four minute walk from the venue and $2 an hour - 431 W Main St Suite A, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.

What should I wear?
Answer
Formal attire from any cultural background, have fun with it! All events will take place indoors with air conditioning, but the August weather in OKC will be around 90 degrees. For the pithi/welcome party, feel free to wear more casual Indian or Western clothing. Light, breezy, linen, cotton, comfy, colorful. Our wedding colors are pink and orange. Feel free to dress to theme for our ceremony if you'd like, but no need to go out of your way if you don't have anything in those colors. For the reception, we ask that you dress in formal attire. Men - you don't have to wear a tux.
