As we plan to have an intimate gathering with our closest family and friends, those whom are permitted to bring a plus one will be listed on their formal invitation. If you are unsure, please feel free to reach out to us!
We love your children! However, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are not able to accommodate children outside of those in our wedding party.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be primarily inside, with the option to step outside to a more intimate area. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the air-conditioned indoor space.
If you have a dietary restriction, please include that on your RSVP. Our gracious caterers will work with us to make sure everyone's dietary needs are met.
We would love our guests to dress nicely, but not too formal. Think cocktail dresses, gowns, dressy jumpsuits, or dress pants with a button-down shirt and tie (a blazer is optional but always sharp!). Choose something stylish and comfortable that makes you feel great - perfect for a joyful celebration with us!
The ceremony begins prompts at 4:00, so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to get seated and settled.
Yes! There is plenty of parking located at the venue.
We will provide a school bus shuttle from the hotel, Lancaster Arts Hotel, to the venue where the ceremony and reception will take place. The shuttle will leave the hotel to get to the at 3:15 PM. The shuttle to return back to the hotel will leave at 10:00 PM. Use of ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft is not recommended.
