Question

Will there be dancing and entertainment?

Answer

It wouldn’t be a reception without it! We’ve scheduled to have a DJ there to ensure everyone is out on the dance floor busting a move.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be bartenders serving beer, wine and a signature cocktail. The first rounds are on us! P.S. The wedding will be heavily photographed and any shenanigans will be well documented & thoroughly mocked for years to come. Proceed with caution ;-)

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Chestnut Avenue Venue unless the crazy Kansas weather has other plans. We have a ceremony plan B and will keep the website updated should we need to use it.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before to find a seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As a former daycare owner, of course kids are welcome. It will however be a large wedding with many guests. There will not be much room for rascal-ing and running around like kids do. Use your own judgement when choosing to bring your crew.
