We recommend making a weekend out of your trip so feel free to arrive as early as needed and stay till when works best for you. The venue, Twin Willow Gardens, is a 1 hour drive from the SEA-TAC airport. The venue is a 20 minute drive from the Seattle Paine Field Air Terminal in Everett (PAE), which offers flights with Alaska Airlines.
