Wedding events begin on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 6pm. Check-in for your room/villa will be from 3:45pm and 5:30pm (earlier check-in may be available). Please make sure you check-in by 5:30pm to ensure access to the wine tour (starts promptly at 6pm). If you will be arriving later than 5:30pm, please let the Bride/Groom know so the Venue can be informed.
No. The venue has additional fees for guests staying outside of the venue. Therefore, everyone is required to stay at Castello del Trebbio from September 14-17. Note: there is no cost to you to stay at Castello del Trebbio.

Yes! We are requesting that all guests wear formal attire for wedding day celebrations. Ladies may wear midi-length or floor-length dresses and gentlemen may wear suit jackets (tie optional). For the welcome and farewell dinners, we are requesting guests wear dressy casual.
As much as we would love to invite all of your children, we are only able to accommodate children involved in the wedding party.
It depends. The only wine allowed to be consumed on premise is Castello del Trebbio branded wine. There will be bottles for purchase on premise. Outside food and drink (other than wine) is allowed. The villas each have a kitchen if you wish to prepare meals. However, the closest grocery store is not a walkable distance. Additionally, breakfast/brunch and dinner will be provided each day of your stay.
The currency in Italy is the Euro. When purchasing items using a credit card, your credit card will will automatically charge the conversion rate. However, it is recommended to reach out to your credit card provider prior to travel to inform them of the countries you are visiting so they don't suspend your card due to unexpected activity. If you plan on primarily using a credit card, it is recommend to use a card that does not charge foreign transaction fees. Although most places will accept credit card, it is recommended to still bring some cash (i.e. Euros) with you, just in case your credit card is suspended while traveling. You can order Euros through your bank or AAA.
