The Bride! The future Mrs. Monoogan! Brooke was born and raised in Tahoe as well. She moved home after college and was so happy to be back in the mountains. A few years later she was introduced to a friend of a friend and it quickly turned into something so much more. This long distance relationship didn't last long because soon enough he was packed up and moving much closer. Someone who can cook, clean, make her happy, and put up with her attitude was not on her bingo card.
Ally
Maid of Honor
Brooke's little sister and built in best friend. Emphasis on the little even though she's taller and is dating an older man (sorry not sorry). Ally has had to put up with more of Brooke's sh*t than anyone else. We can't wait to hear what she has to say in her speech. Luckily they share most hobbies and still do so much together because Brooke couldn't imagine not having her sister so close.
Alisa
Bridesmaid
Brooke and Alisa became friends in 6th grade and were inseparable for years to follow. Matching clothes, sleepovers, family only invites, pretty much anything you can think of. They still (attempt to) compete on the soccer field or over a game of monopoly. Lucky that years and distance haven't separated them!
Bailey
Bridesmaid
Brooke and Bailey met in the 4th grade and have never looked back. They grew up as fierce competitors and teammates their whole lives. They eventually decided to become freshman roommates at San Diego State #goaztecs! They have always had similar interests and hobbies which is why they became such good friends in the first place. You can still find them battling it out in games at the beach!
Mariah
Bridesmaid
Mariah is the reason this wedding is happening in the first place. Brooke met Mariah through mutual friends after college. They worked out at The Bar and started becoming friends (once Brooke started being nice). A few years later, Mariah tried setting Brooke up with her long time friend. Brooke wasn't interested at the time but Mariah forced it on her. Little did Brooke know that she would end up marrying this friend down the road. Mariah the matchmaker!
Christopher
Groom
Chris. Christopher. Monoogan. The man of the night. The one who wouldn't agree to take Brooke's last name. A born and raised Tahoe kid who set out on a stint of city life adventures for a while. What better reason to move home than finding someone to share life with?
Josh
Best Man
If you don't already know Josh, you will after the wedding. He's a hard one to forget with his groovy tunes and funky fashion. Chris and Josh are childhood friends who have always stayed connected. The geographical distances have never stopped them and now they are finally reunited back in Tahoe.
Al
Groomsman
Al has been one of Chris's best friends since middle school. They were skater boys and have grown to be camping adventuring men. They will occasionally still get out to the skate park, and then Chris is sore for several days after. Some of their best memories together are all of those skate sessions and camping trips up the Oregon coast.
Brady
Groomsman
Chris and Brady met during their time in Denver, Colorado. They worked together and have stayed close throughout the years. Once Andrew grew up, Brady became his closest friend in Denver. They still love when they get to visit each other and pretend that they are still in their 20s.
Andrew
Groomsman
Causer. These guys met later in life and quickly became close friends. So close that Andrew became a resident on their couch. They tore up the street of Denver, Co and Chris even helped name Andrew's son because of this. Chris is the godfather to his kids (and dog) and even though they don't get to visit each other often, it picks up like they've never been apart.
Braelynn
Flower Girl
Auntie B loves her baby B, and now Goddaughter! Braelynn is the cute little spitfire who will also be walking down the aisle on the big day. Her mom, Alisa, will be standing with her as a bridesmaid!
Hunter
Ring Bearer
Hunter will be sure to steal your hearts as he walks down the aisle! A big personality packed into one little dude. If he's anything like his mama, his dance moves are going to put the rest of us to shame on the dance floor.
Katie
Officiant
Katie. Such a beautiful human inside and out! Brooke and Katie also met through The Bar where she was known to kick some major a**. She still does as a mother to two awesome dudes including the ring bearer. We don't know else who speaks as beautifully or eloquently as her.
