We have created the courtesy room block for check-in on Thursday, December 3, 2026 and check-out on Saturday, December 5, 2026. We have blocked 25 rooms at the rate of $159 plus tax per room per night. The last date for booking is November 3, 2026. Any rooms not reserved at that time will be released from the courtesy block. Our check-in time is 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in prior to 4:00 pm may be subject to an early check-in fee up to $45.20 per room. Late check-outs after 11:00 am may be subject to a late check-out fee up to $45.20 per room. (Early check-in and/or late check-out is based upon availability.) We have a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 for those who bring their fur babies. A complimentary breakfast is served daily from 6am to 10am.

We have 10 single kings and 5 double queens available. Rate $165.00 + tax per night for both room types. Amenities include daily full hot breakfast buffet, wifi, outdoor pool, patio with fire pit and plenty of parking. Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, keurig coffee makers and 42" flat screen TV's. Check in time 3:00 PM & check out is 11:00 AM. No Pets allowed.

Bryan/College Station (CLL) is the closest airport to the venue. They have rental cars on site at the airport. American Airlines is the only airline that flies to this airport. Austin and Houston airports are both 1.5 hr drive from the venue.
