When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:50 so everyone can be seated and ready for the ceremony to start at 4:00.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Parking is available at The Lageret. You may leave your car overnight as long as it is picked up by 10:00 the following morning.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children in our immediate family. We hope you’re able to take the night off and come celebrate with us!

What’s for dinner? I didn’t see a choice when I did my RSVP.

Answer

We are having food stations for dinner, so there is no need to choose anything! There will be a station for salads and rolls, a taco bar, and a meat carving with mashed potatoes bar for dinner. If you have dietary restrictions, please let Kimmy and caterer know and they will have options.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

There will be shuttles from the hotel to the venue from 3:15-3:45. The shuttle will start going back to the venue starting at 8:30-11:30.
