NEW CEREMONY START TIME - 5:00pm

Answer

The ceremony has been pushed back one hour to start at 5:00pm to accommodate out of town guests checking into the hotel at 3:00pm. Kimmie and Kyle appreciate everyone’s understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue site. You are able to leave your car over night as well!

Question

Will there be a shuttle offered from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be picking up guests from The Hampton at 4:00pm and from The Hilton at 4:15pm to take to the venue. Making return trips (if needed) at 9:00pm and 10:00pm then the final shuttle at 11:00pm. This information will also be given to you upon check-in at each hotel!
