Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are taking place at Brandywine Manor House, which is about 45 minutes from Philadelphia.

Question

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 4pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Look fetch, cocktail attire preferred. Think long flowy dresses, jumpsuits and cocktail dresses for women. Suit jackets or blazers for men. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be held in an air conditioned barn. Please make sure you wear comfortable shoes.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

It is summer in Philadelphia so expect anything from mid 90s heat to cool summer breezy nights.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

We are offering shuttle services to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and Brandywine Manor House. There will be transportation prior to the ceremony and after the reception. Please note that the shuttle will be departing from the Hilton at 3:15pm for the 4pm ceremony. There is also ample parking at the venue for those that wish to drive themselves.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love kids we are only having immediate family members with children at the wedding. Please make other arrangements and enjoy your night with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have 2 hotel blocks. The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. There is also the Marriott Springhill Suites in the same parking lot. Information on hotel blocks can be found in the travel tab.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes, it will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn lobby bar until 12am. The hotel bar closes then, but we are able to keep the party going with outside drinks being allowed after 12am. If the hotel bar is open, alcohol must be purchased from there.

What type of food should I expect?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be passed hors devours with reception being a plated dinner. Come hungry!

I have dietary restrictions, what's the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day. Please indicate on your RSVP card any dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Hell yea, but please note that if you get too turnt you may be asked to tone it down.

Answer

We are registered at a few different places. You can find details on our registry page.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #Kimmelallyourlovin so we can see them too!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.
