FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal - We would LOVE for you to dress up! Ladies, please wear long (ankle or floor-length) dresses. We encourage you to wear color and texture. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie (tuxedo welcome.) Note that bridesmaids will be wearing pink! If you were planning to wear pink that is totally ok as well, we just know some people do not want to match the wedding party. Pinterest example of guest inspo below https://pin.it/5FQSn2Scg

Question

RSVP Info and Deadline

Answer

Please RSVP by November 20th! We know it is a far trip for many of our guests. If you cannot join us, please let us know as soon as possible. We won't be offended, but estimating an accurate guest count helps us plan ahead tremendously!

Question

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle to the church will leave promptly at 1:00 pm from the London West Hollywood for out-of-town guests. The shuttle will take those same guests back to the London for the reception. Due to the size of the shuttle, we will not be able to fit it in the driveway, so drop-off will be on Larrabee and to enter from those side stairs into the restaurant.

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! Please stay at the London Hotel West Hollywood under our room block. Check out the travel section for more information. There is also an alternate room block at the Andaz.

Question

Is there Parking

Answer

There is event parking with valet for those coming for the evening, however we encourage local guests to uber. For those coming in for the weekend, hotel valet as it is $65/night. There is limited street parking available. If you plan to go somewhere for the day, Turo (the app) is a great option for 1-day adventures

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Children will not be in attendance unless previously discussed with the family or for those involved in the wedding party! If finding childcare is not possible, please reach out to Zachary and Julia. In general, we hope you will choose this evening to be a fun night out!

Question

What is Church Decorum

Answer

We ask that as attendees, you follow along the mass as best as possible. If you have not received the sacrament of first holy communion, we kindly ask that you either cross your arms over your heart to receive a blessing when going up to the alter or remain seated if you feel more comfortable. We will have cards with prayers to follow along as you wish, and if you are lost on when to stand or kneel, just look around and do your best!!
