Cocktail
Join us for a drink! We would love to see you before the wedding day for a celebratory cocktail. Join us in the Lobby Bar from 7:30-9 pm to say hello to friends and family from near and far. While it would be great to see you dressed up a tad, please know that if you are traveling on this day and don't have time to do so, please come as you are. Come say hi for 30 minutes or the whole time. Please let us know if you will be attending so that we can appropriately plan guest count for the night before.

Ceremony

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm and is a 25-minute drive from the hotel. Please plan to arrive with plenty of time allotted for traffic. There will be a shuttle to take out-of-town guests from the hotel to the ceremony at 1:00 pm. We kindly ask you to please uphold reverence and decorum in the church. If you have not received the sacrament of first holy communion, we welcome you to either place your hands on your heart for a blessing during communion or remain seated. We are honored to have loved ones of many different faiths and backgrounds join us and are lucky to have each of your in our lives. For those driving to the church - Please use the small church parking lot across the street from the church on the corner of Moorpark and Lankershim (the main parking lot attached to the school will be closed.)
Reception

The fun part! Join us on the rooftop of the London at 5 pm for cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing. Of course, don't miss the sunset! While we hope to time things well between the church and the reception, we recommend our guests to gather in the lobby bar if there is a period of 30 mins - 1 hour or so between the ceremony and reception. (Known as the 'Catholic Gap'.) A hotel attendant will be at the elevator to guide guests to the rooftop. Following the reception, Julia and Zack plan to either meet up with guests in the lobby bar or go to a local bar in Weho called Saddle Ranch (western themed) to continue the evening... DJ will announce.

Goodbye Breakfast (London Hotel Guests)

Smart Casual - (Relaxed and comfortable, but no sweatpants or pajamas even if you stayed up all night!) We still have a few goodbye photos to take!
Hotel guests are invited to join us in the Boxwood Tea Room to say goodbye and enjoy their breakfast in a separate room from others staying at the London. We have reserved the room for the morning and look forward to getting to spend a few more moments with our loved ones who traveled in for us.
