The very first trip we took together at the start of our relationship! We took a trip out to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and got to visit the lighthouse at Cape Hatteras.

We first met in graduate school where we were both studying for our doctorates. Cherokee coated William for his White Coat Ceremony.

Cherokee graduated PT school in the midst of COVID, but thankfully William was there in person to support Cherokee during her graduation.

One of our favorite trips, and Tula got to join!

William proposed to Cherokee in August 2024 at the Point Defiance gardens.

Celebrating our engagement in Washington! William planned a perfect dinner following their proposal, with both Cherokee's and William's family present.

In August 2025, Cherokee proposed to William with the help of Tula.

We took a trip to Japan and Korea at the end of 2025! This is a fun vegetarian izakaya we found in Tokyo.

Osaka, Japan!! We discovered amazing vegan takoyaki and learned to make our own Soba noodles.
