The Wedding Website of Jenn Brna and Michael Kim
Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner you know, the better! Our final deadline for RSVPs is January 16, 2026. Please indicate if you are coming or not via our digital RSVP service through Zola.

Question

Do you have any reserved hotel room blocks/room discounts?

Answer

Yes! The hotels listed under "Travel & Accommodations" are part of our room block from March 19 to March 29, 2026. The cutoff date to book using the room block is February 21, 2026. If you come across room listed as "sold out," please call the room block number listed with the hotels in our "Travel & Accommodations" tab and give them our room block code. Since we can only set aside a specific number of nights at a specific hotel on the website, we recommend calling for more flexibility! That being said, if you book outside of the designated hotels, please let us know so we can keep our planner informed. Additionally, note that transportation to the ceremony venue will only be provided from the room block hotels, so if you are at a different resort or off property, you will need to find a ride.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for you to join us in semi-formal attire. We would also love our guests to embrace our color scheme of warmer neutrals and pastels (e.g., beige, sage/mint, blush, peach), if possible. Consider a lighter colored blazer (or simply just a button-up shirt), khaki-colored pants, a floral maxi, or a pastel midi-dress. Feel to forgo a tie! Keep in mind that Florida typically has warmer weather in late March (~60-80F, ~16-27C during the morning and early afternoon). While the ceremony is indoors, you will be walking from the ceremony space to the reception. With weather permitting, our reception will also be mostly outdoors.

Question

What is the weather like?

Answer

Florida can be a little unpredictable. One minute it might be sunny, and the next, pouring rain. Late March tends to be in the mid- to high-70s (~24C), but it may be a little chillier in the morning. So, plan to be prepared for any weather.

Question

How do I get to the Wedding Pavilion?

Answer

If staying at a resort other than the Grand Floridian in our room block, transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception space. You can also plug "Disney Wedding Pavilion" or "The Grand Floridian Spa" into Google or Apple Maps and drive your own party. There is free parking out in front of Franck's Studio. If you are staying on Grand Floridian property, please see the map above to help get you to the Pavilion.

Question

How do I get to the Whitehall Ballroom and Patio?

Answer

There is a map image above that highlights the best route from the Wedding Pavilion to the Grand Floridian Convention Center. The Whitehall Ballroom and Patio is found by turning right if you enter through the main doors of the Convention Center and going all the way down the hallway. You'll know you're in the right place if you're in an octagonal room! Note that you will most likely have to walk, so bring comfy shoes! We will most likely be walking over as a whole group!

Question

Do I need to purchase a Disney ticket to get in to the wedding?

Answer

No, you are not required to purchase a ticket to attend our wedding. Our venues are located at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, not inside the theme park itself. However, you are welcome to purchase a park ticket for March 22, 2026 and join us for a park day before the big ceremony.

Question

What types of transportation are offered?

Answer

From the airport, you can take an Uber/Lyft, use a rental car, or take a shuttle to your hotel. Depending on the duration of your stay and the activities you wish to do, we would recommend a rental car. If you are staying at a Disney resort and only plan on staying for the wedding/nearby activities, we recommend utilizing Disney's free transportation services. For our ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion, we will be providing transportation from the Disney resorts listed in our room block to the Grand Floridian and back after the reception. If you are staying off-property or at a different Disney hotel, you will need to provide your own transportation to the Wedding Pavilion or one of the listed Disney resorts.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning no phones for photography or video. We have an amazing photographer and videographer who will capture the ceremony, so don't worry about missing out on anything! However, we encourage taking pictures during the reception to capture memories others might not get to see! We plan to have a special QR code so that you can share your photos with us. We do ask that you refrain from posting anything on social media until after we have posted pictures from our wedding first.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Let us know as soon as possible about any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can let the Disney catering team know (e.g,. peanut allergy, vegetarian).

Question

Is your venue accessible?

Answer

Yes. There is parking out front of the Wedding Pavilion, with no stairs. While there are sidewalks and the ground is relatively flat, it is a bit of a walk to the Convention Center from the Pavilion. Golf carts are available at the Grand Floridian lobby area on a first come, first serve basis. Whitehall Patio is also accessible and shares handicapped bathrooms with other convention guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

After careful consideration, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. While we love all of the little ones in our lives, we want this to be a time where our guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy the celebration. We completely understand that this may require some planning, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. We recommend services like Kid's Nite Out or Tootles Event Sitters should you need someone to watch your child(ren). You can find their websites in the "Travel & Accommodations" section of our website. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
