We invite everyone coming early to spend a day at Animal Kingdom with us! We love Animal Kingdom and want to share it with our friends and family. This is more of a meet-and-mingle event to encourage meeting up with others. We hope to see you there! Dress casual! While Animal Kingdom is more covered than the other parks, you will want to wear something comfortable for the heat and all the walking. *Please note that you will need to purchase park tickets to enter this event.*

Wedding - Ceremony & Reception

9:30 am - 2:30 pm

We know this is early, but please be on time! Late guests will not be allowed in the Pavilion. We have arranged for transportation to pick you up from the All-Star Music and Port Orleans French Quarter Resorts to take you to the Wedding Pavilion. If you are staying at an alternate location, you should drive or Uber to the Wedding Pavilion and park in front or arrange to arrive at one of the two above resorts. Please note that this ceremony will be "unplugged." The Wedding Pavilion will be indoors, but the reception is outdoors at the Whitehall Ballroom and Patio in the Grand Floridian Convention Center. After the reception, transportation will be provided back to the two aforementioned hotels. Please see the "Maps" and the "FAQs" sections for pictures of the area! We would love for you to join us in semi-formal attire. Keep in mind there will be some walking to the outdoor reception and even Florida mornings can be hot!
