There are wineries in the area (for example Habersham Winery) and hiking trails around the mountains. Distance/time from Toccoa Falls: 40 Min, so good for maybe a half-day or full day outing rather than just a quick stop. Insider tip: Because Helen attracts other types of tourism (shops, themed village feel), you could pair the wine & hike with more of a town-explore afternoon.
