What time is the shuttle picking up?

What is your address?

Answer

We just bought a home and are moving! Our new address is in Maryland. Please be sure to ask for our address if you need it! We prefer not to post on our website.

Will you cancel your wedding due to COVID?

Answer

We have no plans of canceling. Our ceremony is outdoors, and the reception is indoors, but large enough that even if all of our wedding guests attend, we will be at 50% capacity. We highly encourage all guests to get tested ahead of time for the safety of our elderly and immunocompromised guests, and encourage anyone unvaccinated to wear a mask.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and the reception will be indoors.

What if it rains?

Answer

There will be an alternate ceremony site indoors at the venue if it rains.

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail/formal attire. We interpret this as a suit and tie, full-, midi-, and cocktail-length dresses, or even dressy jumpsuits. Tuxedos are not necessary.

How can I get to the wedding if I'm not staying at one of the hotels you blocked?

Answer

Leesburg is somewhat rural. Uber & Lyft are available, though can be scarce. You may have to order in advance, so plan accordingly!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be free parking on the venue's premises. Venue staff will direct you to the wedding guest parking area upon your arrival. You may leave your vehicle overnight, but you cannot pick it up any earlier than when the venue reopens, which is noon the next day.

Is there an after party?

Answer

The newlyweds won't be in joining, but don't let that stop you! There are only a few bars open late in the area. We recommend Ned's Irish Pub and Sports Bar which is open until 2am and is within walking distance of the hotels. It's a little divey, but seems fun!
