Wanting to make sure he wasn’t bluffing, Kimberly’s very first message was simple but clever: “What’s your favorite music to dance to?” When he answered “Spanish music,” the conversation flowed naturally from there. Our First Date After a week of talking every day, Juan asked Kimberly out. Despite living 40 minutes apart, he insisted on picking her up, driving them to the date, and dropping her back home afterward — flowers in hand, of course. After their plans “changed,” the girls suggested taking photos at a lookout — and that’s where Kimberly saw the most beautiful setup overlooking the ocean, complete with a photographer, both families gathered, and Juan waiting on one knee. After she said “yes,” the celebrations continued with a surprise engagement party the very next day.
