Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?
Answer
A shuttle will be running from the Hampton Inn in Columbia to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception back to the Hampton Inn. Shuttle from the Hotel to the Ceremony: There will be two shuttles from the hotel to the ceremony. The shuttle will meet out front of the hotel and will look eerily similar to a school bus... because it's a school bus. Not to worry, pantsing is strictly prohibited. Shuttle 1: Departs the hotel at 2:15pm and arrives at the ceremony at 2:40pm Shuttle 2: Departs the hotel at 3:20pm and arrives at the ceremony at 3:45pm Shuttle from the Ceremony to the Reception: There will be one shuttle from the ceremony to the reception. The shuttle will depart the ceremony at 5pm and arrive at the reception at 5:10pm. Shuttle from the Reception to the Hotel: There will be two shuttles from the reception back to the hotel. Shuttle 1: Departs the reception at 8:30pm and arrives at the hotel at 8:50pm Shuttle 2: Departs the reception at 10pm and arrives at the hotel at 10:20pm

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than April 27, 2023. If you have been allotted a plus one, there will be an option to RSVP for them under your name.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have rooms blocked off at the Hampton Inn in Columbia, IL at a discounted rate of $139/night for the nights of 5/26 and 5/27. To take advantage of the discounted rate, you must book your room by 5/5/23 using our custom link. To access the link, please visit the "Travel" tab on this website.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The ceremony is taking place at Jacob's childhood home. You are free to park along Deer Hill Road or the intersecting C Road, both of which are gravel and not heavily trafficked. For those with mobility issues, we recommend being dropped off in the paved circle drive of the house. There is a parking lot at the reception venue, Acorns Golf Links.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
There will be a buffet available at the reception. Please let us know of any food allergies by April 27, 2023.

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults only event due to limited seating. We appreciate you understanding!
