Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - we have provided a dress code for each event under the schedule tab. The welcome party is tropical chic, wedding day is black tie optional and beach day is casual.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start to account for any last minute delays!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend guests stay on site at the Resort at Longboat Key Club to enjoy a relaxed weekend away to take advantage of all the amenities! You can book the discounted room block rate under the Accommodations tab. If you are not able to stay at the resort there are several hotels within a close radius within a short drive. Please see the accommodations tab for more details.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids this will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a weekend off duty!

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is available at the Palm Ave public parking garage for the welcome party conveniently located right next to the venue. For the wedding, parking is available on site at the resort.
