Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Tropical Chic: Think colorful, floral prints! Jackets optional.

Join us for heavy appetizers, beer + wine and get a taste of downtown Sarasota to start the weekend!

Ceremony

5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Transportation will be provided to the cocktail hour and reception venues and back to the hotel area of the resort. Can't wait to celebrate together!

Beach Day

12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Join us at Center Beach (entrance by the pool) for a casual beach day to relax and continue the celebrations if you are still in town! All guests staying at the resort the night of the wedding are able to access the private beach. If you are not staying at the resort you are welcome to join - just let the front gate know you are there for a wedding event on the main beach when you enter the resort. As a note, credit cards/cash are not accepted at the resort so if you are staying elsewhere any food or drink purchased must be charged to the room of a guest staying there!
