When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No, your presence is gift enough. Please donate to a charity of your choose in our honor or donate to Young Cancer League in honor of Jeff Young, Kim's brother who lost his battle with cancer in 2009. Young Cancer League Donation Link: http://youngcancerleague.org/donate/

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30. For guests staying at the Westin, there will be a shuttle that will board at 5:00 and depart at 5:15. If you are driving to the venue, please arrive between 5:15 and 5:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire, be comfortable and wear your dancing shoes.

Can I bring a date?

The invitation will indicate if a date or plus one was included in our headcount.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The wedding hotel is the Westin Crown Center; however, there are a number of hotel options close to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking near the venue, but we recommend riding the shuttle from the Westin. The shuttle will board guests at the Westin at 5:00 and depart at 5:15. There will be a shuttle at 10:30 to take guests back to the Westin. Uber to and from the venue is also another great option.
